Discussion Group and Social Media
We like to sit down with our clients to discuss all aspects of health and management. This not only allows us to share our knowledge but also to gain a better understanding of a client’s needs. A health planning meeting lets us write a plan to keep on top of routing health matters and also forms the basis of your relationship with a vet.
When working with a small number of animals it can be costly and wasteful to source medicines such as wormers and vaccines. We make a point of keeping stock so that you can source exactly the amount you need. It also means that you can access the best possible advice before using any medicine.
All smallholder clients have the opportunity to join our club. For a small monthly fee (£10 + VAT) members can benefit from an annual health review and farm visit with our experienced smallholder vets. Preventative faecal worm and fluke egg counts are included in the plan. An application form and further details to join the club are here.
Our smallholder group meet up regularly with our vets presenting on relevant topics as well as giving an opportunity for the group to share ideas. Currently meetings are held biannually in Spring and Autumn. All clients can join our quarterly newsletter, contact the reception to be added to the mailing list. '
